The medications and medical devices they use are uniformly approved by China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), complying with national medical safety standards. Many of the medical supplies are sourced from well-known domestic and international manufacturers. For customers with specific requirements for imported products, we can assist in communicating with the hospital to meet your needs as much as possible.

In the event of a medical complication, our local team will immediately coordinate with the partnered hospital to arrange timely treatment and provide professional guidance. We will also assist you in handling relevant procedures in accordance with the terms of your travel insurance policy, including supporting the application for medical transfer if required.
