Three Bears Travel’s Japan Private Tours are fully customised, multi-city journeys designed for travellers who want to experience Japan with comfort, flexibility, and genuine cultural connection. Our private Japan tours link the country’s most iconic cities and regions into seamless, well-paced itineraries that allow you to explore deeply without feeling rushed.
From Tokyo’s dynamic neighbourhoods and contemporary culture to Kyoto’s historic temples, and refined cuisine, each long-route itinerary is designed to showcase the distinct character of every destination. Travel onwards to Osaka for its vibrant food scene and nightlife, Hiroshima for its moving history and coastal scenery, or further afield to Mt Fuji’s open landscapes, seasonal nature, and local flavours. Our Japan private tours connect cities and regions thoughtfully, creating a journey that feels cohesive rather than fragmented.
All of our Japan private tours are exclusively for your group, with departures confirmed from just 2 travellers. There are no mixed groups or fixed schedules. You travel with your own guide and, where appropriate, private transport, allowing you to move comfortably between cities and explore each destination at a pace that suits your interests.
Our Japan specialists combine classic highlights such as Fushimi Inari Shrine, Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Mount Fuji viewpoints, Osaka’s lively districts, and Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial with experiences tailored to your travel style. We also incorporate modern city attractions including teamLab exhibitions, Universal Studios Japan, and Tokyo Disneyland, making our long-route tours suitable for couples, families, and multi-generational travellers.
Because every itinerary is built from scratch, you can choose slower-paced city stays, themed journeys, or extended routes through regions such as Tohoku, Hokkaido, or Kyushu. With attentive local support, carefully planned logistics, and smooth connections between destinations, your multi-city Japan private tour remains relaxed and stress-free from start to finish.
From cultural workshops and historic neighbourhoods to seasonal scenery and regional cuisine, our private tours reveal Japan city by city, with authenticity, comfort, and the ease of personalised travel.

Yes. Once we have a clear understanding of your specific medical needs, travel dates and other requirements, we will provide you with a comprehensive, non-binding quote. The quote will detail all costs, including hospital service fees for the confirmed basic items, our coordination service fees, and recommended travel-related expenses (such as accommodation and transportation).
Processing times vary depending on your nationality and visa type. We recommend applying at least 1–2 months in advance and checking official websites for current timelines.

The cost difference is mainly due to differences in healthcare operation models, lower hospital operating costs and more competitive pricing for medical supplies in China. This enables us to provide high-quality medical services at a more cost-effective price compared to Australia, without compromising on medical standards or service quality.
Our service does not end when you leave China. We will provide you with detailed medical reports in both Chinese and English, summarizing your diagnosis, treatment process and follow-up recommendations. After you return to Australia, our team will continue to provide remote support throughout your recovery period—we will answer any questions you may have about your treatment or recovery, and assist you with relevant health management matters as needed.
