Before joining any of our tours, we encourage travellers to review the itinerary details and assess whether the daily activities suit their personal comfort and fitness level. Each tour page includes information on walking distances, pacing and any physically demanding elements to help you decide.

If you have special requirements, mobility considerations, or prefer a more flexible travel pace, we recommend exploring our Custom Tours. You’re also welcome to speak with our customer service team before booking—our team can suggest the most suitable tour options and help tailor an itinerary that fits your needs.

Your health and safety are paramount to Three Bears Travel. Some of our itineraries include difficult conditions which can make physical activities challenging. You should be in reasonably good health and be able to participate in all activities unaided. We recommend you see your doctor at least six weeks prior to travel for advice and to allow time for any necessary vaccinations. Please remember to take your itinerary with you.

Passengers with existing medical conditions and food allergies must advise Three Bears Travel at time of booking.

Our screening process is comprehensive and multi-dimensional. We prioritize cooperation with Grade A tertiary hospitals and verify relevant international accreditations (such as JCI) where applicable. We also review the professional qualifications, subspecialty expertise and clinical performance of attending physicians, and conduct on-site inspections of hospital facilities and patient care processes. For non-invasive services like basic health screenings, we will recommend cost-effective regular hospitals based on your needs, and provide tour guide accompaniment and translation services for your convenience.
