French Concession
The Shanghai French Concession was a French concession established in Shanghai from 1849 to 1943, and was the largest of the four French concessions in China in terms of area. Its initial area covered 986 acres, and after multiple expansions, it reached 15000 acres by 1914. The concession is famous for French wutong street trees, Parisian style building planning and independent municipal management system. Jinling East Road, as the first major road in the French concession, has become a commercial center. The building's exterior walls are mostly marked with municipal facilities marked with the words "CMF".
After the establishment of the French Concession in 1849, the Shanghai Anglo American French Land Charter was signed in 1854 to break away from the joint concession system. In 1869, the autonomy was established through the Organizational Charter of the Public Council. During the Battle of Shanghai in 1937, it was not occupied by the Japanese army due to the deterrence of the French navy. In 1943, it was transferred from the Vichy French regime to the Wang puppet government and ended. There are police agencies such as the Marand Police Station located within the concession. The authorities of the French Concession had protected the publication of revolutionary publications and participated in mediating cases related to prominent residences of the Kuomintang. The Provisional Government of South Korea was established in the Shanghai French Concession in 1919 and set up offices in multiple locations within the concession. Among them, No. 4, Lane 306, Madang Road was its longest used and most well preserved office.

Bathhouse & Sauna Experience
A sauna center is a bathing facility with a sauna bath. The term sauna originates from Finland and originally referred to a small wooden house without windows. Modern sauna centers typically provide basic bathing services such as saunas, showers, and baths, and may include activities such as scrubbing, massage, and foot massage.
Sauna originated from the Ugric people of Finland in Northern Europe. In China, bathing centers have evolved from traditional single function places to one-stop comprehensive leisure places that integrate bathing, dining, and entertainment. Its business model has undergone a transformation from a large bathhouse to a hot spring sauna, and then to a new model of "hot springs+fruit and beverage buffet+entertainment area+rest". Nowadays, sauna centers have become comprehensive spaces that carry social, gathering, and leisure needs, attracting a large number of young consumers

Guided Breathing & Mindfulness
Mindfulness originated from Buddhist meditation and later developed into a concept in psychology, referring to the state of consciousness that arises from directing attention towards the present goal and accepting various experiences or experiences in the present moment without judgment. In psychotherapy, mindfulness based intervention therapy is used as mindfulness therapy, mainly including mindfulness stress reduction therapy, mindfulness cognitive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Research has shown that mindfulness therapy can effectively alleviate anxiety, depression, and stress, and individuals' self-identity, interpersonal relationship quality, stress resistance, and subjective well-being are all improved after training.
Mindfulness does not attempt to change a person's thoughts or feelings, but rather to perceive the flow of these thoughts and feelings, rather than reacting to them; Mindfulness is not rest, although individuals do feel relaxed during practice; On the contrary, it requires us to pay attention to our feelings, thoughts, and emotions in order to better understand the patterns that our brain is accustomed to. In daily life, we can improve our mindfulness level through certain mindfulness training, thereby enhancing our mental health and actively coping with life.

TCM wellness consultation、Therapeutic massage、Moxibustion
Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion Health Preservation is a traditional Chinese medicine health preservation method that mainly uses moxibustion as a means. By burning moxa fibers to stimulate specific acupoints and regulate qi and blood, the goal is to prevent diseases, maintain health, strengthen the body, and prolong life. Its theory originates from the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, emphasizing the differentiation of syndromes and treatment, selecting acupoints based on physical constitution and symptoms, commonly using acupoints such as Guan Yuan, Qi Hai, and Zu San Li, combined with gentle moxibustion, ginger separated moxibustion, and other techniques. Indications include cold, heat, deficiency, and excess diseases, with both therapeutic and health functions, and safe and easy to operate
Massage, also known as "massage", is an important part of the treasure house of Chinese medicine and one of the four major clinical treatments of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and moxibustion, massage and Qigong. The Yuzhongtang Tuina Therapy is highly popular among doctors and patients due to its simple method, significant therapeutic effect, and economic safety.
Consultation is a method of asking patients and their families about existing symptoms and medical history, providing a basis for syndrome differentiation.
The Ming Dynasty physician Zhang Jingyue believed that consultation was the key to diagnosis and treatment, and the first task of clinical diagnosis. Looking at the symptoms obtained from the four consultations, most of them were obtained through consultation, which shows that this statement is not wrong. The scope of the consultation is very broad, and the ten questions listed in the "Complete Book of Jingyue" have been discussed and expanded upon, with no further information provided.
One question about cold and heat, two questions about sweating, three questions about pain, four questions about defecation, five questions about nausea and dizziness, six questions about palpitations, seven questions about bitterness and eight questions about thirst, nine questions about old diseases and ten questions about causes, all based on the examination of symptoms. Women should especially ask about their menstrual period, and it is advisable to ask repeatedly before adding a few words to the pediatric department. External food accumulation is common.

Herbal Foot Bath
Foot soaking is an external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine foot therapy, which achieves health and wellness effects by soaking both feet in hot water or adding traditional Chinese medicine. The Jin Dynasty's "Emergency Prescriptions for Elbow Reserve" recorded that this method has a history of thousands of years. It uses warmth to stimulate the reflex zone of the feet, promote the circulation of meridians and qi, and has the effects of relieving fatigue, improving local blood circulation, dispelling cold, and promoting metabolism. During operation, it is common to soak in hot water at 38-43 ℃ for 15-20 minutes, and use a wooden container to submerge the ankle joint or above. Materials such as mugwort and vinegar can be used to enhance the therapeutic effect. Different seasons correspond to different medicinal herbs: in summer, use Huoxiang to prevent heatstroke, in winter, use cinnamon to ignite and bring back the essence, and in autumn, use Chenpi to moisten the intestines and promote bowel movements. Traditional Chinese medicine foot soaking requires following medical advice to prepare a prescription (if a specific prescription has auxiliary therapeutic effects on athlete's foot), and metal containers may affect the efficacy of the medication. Avoid half an hour after meals, diabetes patients need temperature measurement assistance, patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should control the duration, and patients with varicose veins need to consult a doctor

Bathhouse & Sauna Experience

According to the user group, it can be divided into men's bathhouses, women's bathhouses, etc., usually equipped with basic bathing facilities such as nozzles and steam rooms. Men's bathhouses generally have large water pools. Due to regional differences, bathhouses in the north and south of China have different facility layouts, and different regions also have various names for this place
Sauna, also known as Finnish bath, refers to the process of using steam to treat the human body in a closed room. Usually, the temperature inside the sauna can reach over 60 ℃
The sauna has a history of over 2000 years. By repeatedly steaming and rinsing the whole body with cold and hot stimulation, blood vessels can expand and contract repeatedly, which can enhance vascular elasticity and prevent arteriosclerosis. Through fumigation, the human body can dilate blood vessels, accelerate blood circulation, unblock meridians, increase oxygen supply to painful areas, and have analgesic effects. It has a significant effect on improving rheumatic pain and cold hands and feet, and the use of Chinese herbal medicine for fumigation can have a better effect.
