Different tour types have different minimum traveller requirements. Each itinerary page will clearly indicate the minimum number of travellers needed for that specific tour to operate.

If your group does not meet the minimum number but you would still like to travel, we are happy to arrange a Custom Tour tailored specifically to your preferred dates, group size and interests. Simply contact us with your requirements, and we will create a personalised itinerary for you. 

Yes, we highly recommend having a companion to provide you with emotional and daily support during your trip. We can arrange accommodation, transportation and local support services for your companion at preferential rates, ensuring that your companion has a comfortable and convenient stay while accompanying you for medical treatment.

We will always try to accommodate special requests. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have medical needs, dietary requirements, mobility concerns or other important details.

Our service does not end when you leave China. We will provide you with detailed medical reports in both Chinese and English, summarizing your diagnosis, treatment process and follow-up recommendations. After you return to Australia, our team will continue to provide remote support throughout your recovery period—we will answer any questions you may have about your treatment or recovery, and assist you with relevant health management matters as needed.

Our service fees only include basic services such as hospital registration, appointment booking, as well as basic medical items including health screenings, teeth cleaning and oral examinations. Any subsequent treatment costs will be clearly communicated to you in advance with our assistance, and you will make on-site payments directly to the hospital. We will provide a detailed, itemized cost breakdown before you confirm the trip, with no hidden charges of any kind.

Airlines typically release flight schedules around 10–11 months before the travel date.
Since Three Bears Travel does not book flights on behalf of customers, we recommend arranging your flights as soon as your tour dates are confirmed. Booking early often provides better availability and pricing. You may choose any airline or route that best suits your travel plans.
