We fully recognize the high standard of Australia’s healthcare system. Our partnered top-tier Chinese hospitals, including Grade A tertiary hospitals and JCI-accredited institutions, meet international medical standards for numerous specialist treatments and elective procedures. Key advantages include no long waiting lists for elective care, access to advanced clinical technologies, and extensive clinical experience of medical teams in handling complex cases.
To secure your hospital appointments and travel arrangements, we require a deposit upon confirmation of the service. The remaining balance of our service fee is generally payable before your departure. For complex cases involving long-term arrangements, we can discuss flexible payment plans with you on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. Once we have a clear understanding of your specific medical needs, travel dates and other requirements, we will provide you with a comprehensive, non-binding quote. The quote will detail all costs, including hospital service fees for the confirmed basic items, our coordination service fees, and recommended travel-related expenses (such as accommodation and transportation).
The cost difference is mainly due to differences in healthcare operation models, lower hospital operating costs and more competitive pricing for medical supplies in China. This enables us to provide high-quality medical services at a more cost-effective price compared to Australia, without compromising on medical standards or service quality.
